Attire: All members must bring a separate clean dry pair of gym shoes.

Age: All gym members must be 13yrs of age and older.

All members under the age of 16 must be accompanied a parent or legal guardian. 

Letting other people into the building or sharing memberships is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of membership along with being ban from the gym and possible legal actions. 

Security: Security cameras and alarms  are in place at all gym locations.

Cancelation: All membership cancelations must done by email 30days prior to the next billing cycle.
